The Leadership Forum
The Leadership Forum is for business leaders who wish to stay ahead of the strategic and market changes by getting together, learning the lastet management techniques and trends and debating how they can be used to support them, their teams and their businesses. We have a LinkedIn group and hold regular Forum events in Essex. Each Forum has between 10-20 attendees who share ideas, advice and take time out from the everyday operations to focus on the strategic and sometimes longer-term view of their business.
We have leaders from small companies with 5 or so employees or associates right up to larger organisations with over 1100 employees. The formats are the same for each event.
